lovely views out over the fields.

fire surround. There is a gas oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of
cupboard space. The table seats 6.

Separate utility room with cupboards, washing machine.
Upstairs: Mezzanine area, where
there are floor cushions.
Three bedrooms, one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom, all well
furnished and comfortable.
All the main rooms have shutters and the upstairs windows have
safety bars.
Outside: There are wrought iron
gates to the front entrance, with ample open and covered parking,
and barns/courtyards for relaxing or playing games.
Further gates open into the private garden with its own orchard of
apple, peach and plum trees. We invite you to pick any fruit that is
in season as there is usually a lot!. There is a grape vine against
the gite wall also, with sweet black grapes-watch out for the pips
though!
Set in the large garden is the 10m by 6m swimming pool, which is
surrounded by fencing which conforms to French safety rules. There
are steps into the pool and loungers on the patio area. There is
plenty of room to play games, and a BBQ is provided.

comfortable holiday in this lovely part of France.
