This spacious 3-bedroom house has many amenities and we offer a spectacular elliptical swimming pool in a terraced garden.
The accommodation comprises:
Downstairs: A large well equipped kitchen featuring a gas cooker, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space and work surfaces.
Dining area with a large table to seat 8.
Separate utility room with further worktops, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Shower room/toilet
Large airy, comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed, liquid fuel heater, TV with satellite connection and video player, books, games and stereo system.

Upstairs: There are 3 well appointed bedrooms, one is a large double room, one is a twin and the third a bunk bedroom which would suit two children or teenagers.
Bath/shower room

All the main rooms have shutters and there are safety bars on the upstairs windows.

Outside: At the front of the property wrought iron gates lead to a shared entrance with Le Gite, with ample exterior and covered parking, attractively landscaped.
There is also a private back entrance for La Ferme with separate parking area.
At the back, the patio doors from the living room lead to a west-facing patio with balustrades and steps down to the terraced garden. There are patio furniture and a BBQ. Sitting out on the patio in the evening you can pick up the last rays of the sun!
Set in the garden is the elliptical swimming pool, which is about 10m by 4m, with a shallow end of just over 1m and deep end of 1.8m. It is accessed by steps within the pool, which also provide seating if you just want to dangle your feet in the pool.
There is an electric cover which conforms to French safety rules, and should be used whenever the swimming pool is not in use. Sun loungers are provided.
There are covered and open barn/courtyard areas for games or just sitting and relaxing.
